Using Condo Weekly to Buy At or Below Market Value

Buying a condominium in San Francisco requires more of a strategic approach than buying a typical single family home. SFH's tend to fluctuate more due to buyer romance, where as condo buildings have a fairly standardized cost per square foot based on the building in question, which floor the unit is on in the building, as well as direction the unit is facing. The deeper the analysis of a unit's value, the more likely a buyer wont over-pay.

By following the market closely, you can gain a deeper understanding for the differences between buildings, individual units and locations.
